O great God, who is like unto thee? O Sovereign God, I call on thee my Saviour. Thou art esteemed in glory. And all the glory is yours. O Father, thine is the kingdom and the glory and the power.
Thine, O LORD, is the greatest and the power and the glory and the victory and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O LORD, and thou art exalted as head above all. Both riches and honour come of thee, and thou reign over all; and in thine hand is power and might; and in thine hand it is to make great, and to give strength unto all (1 Chronicles 29:11 – 12).
To thine name be praised. The lifting up of your glory is laid down in truth. And there is none who can stand against it. Thy name is an excellent name, a name to treasure, to keep dear to my heart, to reverence, to worship, and praise. I beseech thee, O God, with gifts of thanksgiving. Thou art honored and highly esteemed. In all the land thy name is a beauty. And the joys of my soul know fully well this truth. I will lift up thy name in glory. Upon the hill shall I lift up the LORD my God. The LORD keeps me in his bosom and his right hand is upon me. Surely his name shall glory. I tell you the truth. These things are ordained before the foundation of the earth. Let us lift up praises unto he that is great. The LORD is great. Let us lift up praises unto he that is Mighty and full of power. The LORD is Mighty and full of power. Let glory abound. Let it abound in the midst of the LORD our God.
