O NATIONS, O MIGHTY NATIONS, TAKE HEED; FOR THE WRATH OF GOD IS COMING UPON THIS EARTH by Michael

The great day of the LORD is near; it is near, and hasten greatly, even the voice of the day of the LORD: the mighty man shall cry there bitterly. That day is a day of wrath, a day of trouble and distress, a day of wasteness and desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness, a day of the trumpet and alarm against the fenced cities, against the high towers. And I will bring distress upon men, that they shall walk like blind men, because they have sinned against the LORD: and their blood shall be poured out like dust, and the flesh as the dung (Zephaniah 1:14 – 17).

O nations, O mighty nations, how mighty are you before the LORD? You have enlarged yourselves with evil and magnified wickedness. You plot and scheme to devour each other. And who shall devour you all? Is not the LORD God mighty and great? And who is terrible? Is he not dreadful among the heathen? The day is coming when you will be repaid for the works of your hand. Those who have esteemed themselves with injustice and lies, who have hid treasures of gold and silver and great wealth, and gather vanities for the latter day shall perish with them when the vengeance of God shall be merciless. ” Neither their silver and gold shall be able to deliver them in the day of the LORD’S wrath; but the whole land shall be devoured by the fire of his jealousy: for shall make even a speedy riddance of all them that dwell in the land” (Zephaniah 1:18). Those that have ears let them hear and turn from their wickedness; for the wrath of God will surely come upon this land. This whole earth shall linguish away. And those that oppose the LORD shall be destroyed with it. For he that make you shall he not judge you? The LORD look down from heaven and the anger of his heart shall come upon this earth. No mercy shall come with it; for the day of his mercy shall forsake the wicked; for they have made the heart of God vex with jealousy.
