Say unto God, How terrible art thou in thy works! Through thy greatness of thy power shall thy enemies submit themselves unto thee (Psalm 66:3).
LORD, guide me into your truth; for what message shall I bring to your people today. The songs of joy delight their soul. But the cry of vengeance bring fear upon them. But to whom I glory? The LORD is my God. I am made to do thy will and to honour thy name. Thy right hand of God is the strong hand. My soul has become like the rough waters and where is thy peace? Who shall deliver the message of hopelessness to thy people? Who shall bring thy judgment before them? The LORD is God; by his hand shall man live or die. They rejoice in evil: shall they not find sorrows in their joy? The whole head is sick. The nations come together and plan to do evil. They say, The wise shall live and the foolish shall die. They say, The rich shall eat and the poor shall starve. But I am God, will I allow this evil to prevail? By my hand shall I deliver the poor. The weak I shall give strength. They that trust in the LORD shall not go weary. “He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increase strength. Even the youth shall faint and be weary and the young men shall utterly fall: But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run and not be weary; and they shall walk and not faint” (Isaiah 40:29 – 31).
The nations shall crumble before the LORD. He shall make them weak. Mighty men shall fall to their knees with fear. He shall bring fear upon them and their glory shall be no more. The righteous shall endure in his mercies. The pure in heart shall see God. The meek shall inherit the earth. But those who run after their own ways shall perish. The vengeance of the LORD shall come upon these nations that turn against God. This shall be a testament to the glory and the strength of God. The vengeance of the LORD shall come upon many nations and it shall come quickly.
