O wretched man that I am! Who shall deliver me from the body of this death (Romans 7:24)? Only my LORD and Saviour Jesus Christ.
The battles come daily but the grace of God takes them away. What shall a man have in sin? He despises it with vengeance and yet he cleaves to it. The flesh seeks corruption and the spirit seeks truth. Corruption kills but the truth of God shall set us free. For by his hand we desire the spiritual things to behold the glory of God. For who shall glory in the flesh? By the Spirit of the living God man shall live. And by his truth man shall feast in his glory. In spirit and in truth shall we please God. “God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth” (John 4:24). Now I urge all that dwell in hope to desire the spiritual things of God. For in the spirit shall God be please. Turn to him, the Spirit of everlasting glory, the hope of Israel and of righteousness. For by the Spirit did he not set his people free? Think about it. The battle is won in the Spirit and not the flesh. Will God delight in the flesh and not the spirit? What can the flesh do that is corrupt? For by the spirit I come to him in faith, knowing that he will reward me with his riches. For I hope in the spirit and not in the flesh. My beloved, let us rejoice in the spirit, then shall we delight the soul of our God. To him who is eternally bless we praise. We give thanks and glory to his beloved Son Jesus Christ and the Everlasting Father and God who give to us so graciously in righteousness.
O Father, my love for you shall endure in your love. Thank you for all that you do for all of us. We shall remember thy name in our praises. May thy will prevail and thy beauty blossom. May it never cease, then shall my hope be hopeful, and my glory come a full. To God be eternal glory. To my great God, praises without end. Forever and ever blessed be the name of the LORD.
