Racism, sexism, inhumane, utterly inappropriate behaviors spreading across the globe like wildfire. This is the world we live in today. I have seen the best and worst of humanity. But every so often we have to be reminded that although God is doing his part to save some of us, the devil is also doing his part to destroy most of us. And from what we are seeing, the devil is winning the race here on earth. His efforts are limitless, his deeds cemented in the bloody corruption of the thirst of vanity. And that’s okay, when we put things in perspective. This is exactly how it is suppose to be. So even I, the optimist, have to remind myself that the scripture has to be fulfilled. And when I do, there’s an easiness that overcomes me. God, before the foundation of the world has chosen his beloved ones for his glorious kingdom. But there are no limits to what God will do to beseige the sights of men who do not relish in him.
What we, the sane ones, the believers, may call crazy, is a disastrous attempt to make sense of ridicule, and utter nonsense. If we would revisit the definition of madness, it does not do us the least justice to sooth our hearts, and calm our souls. And in actuality, the definition is bias in that it does include those who have made vile, disgraceful, distasteful attempts, some repeatedly, to make others feel inferior. How dare they take that approach to consider themselves superior than others? Is it because of the color of their skin, the amount of money they have, their social upbringing or none of that really matters? And they are just blinded with stupidity and have lost sight of the laws of God. And the conceptualities have driven them into a state of madness, conscious, and subconscious efforts of the minds of unbelievers, lost in a world without truth, burried in a world of deceptions, and lies.
In all prospective, when we treat people badly, we must at the very least consider our state of consciousness, and ask ourselves are we sane or insane? For if sanity drove us to do such things, then what would insanity make us do? No one in his or her right mind would treat others badly. And should we do and yet feel comfortable and superior about it, then we must be at the least crazy, if not in a state of madness.
And many may try to justify their behaviors. But there’s no justification when we do wrong and at the very least ought to know that. But those who do these things and find them acceptable are not living a life pleasing to God. But instead, they are representing the devil and are followers of him. And that is the real truth. We cannot claim to love and serve God, yet we exhibit these nasty qualities which we allow ourselves to experience without feeling sick to our stomachs. And we should not regard those behaviors as acceptable, when they are appalling at the very least.
