This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation; that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief. 1Timothy 1:15

We have all sinned and fall short of the glory of God. That was a major issue before God send his only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, to die on the cross of Salvation so we may live and live abundantly. Now there’s hope for sinners like me and you. And that hope provides assurance that should we accept Jesus as our personal Savior, we will never die.

I have accepted Jesus as my redeemer of sin. But have you taken that leap of faith, and put your trust in him? No man goes to the Father unless he accepts Jesus as his Savior.

If you have seen the worst here on earth, that’s nothing to what lies ahead for those who reject Jesus. If you can imagine the worst possible scenario, that’s child’s play compare to the end of time for the disobedient ones.

You really don’t want to be a part of that — to be condemned to eternity is no joke. We are not talking about a day or two here; this is not a walk in the park or some summer vacation. This has no end, only a beginning to a life of horror, torture, and torment. Sodom and Gomorrah is nothing in comparison to what lies ahead, destined for the worshippers of the devil, those who have been hostile towards Almighty God.

When anyone rejects God, that person has shown hostility towards God. And many may ask themselves, ” How can someone be hostile towards God, when all he has done is good?” But that’s exactly what’s done when people choose the devil’s side, and they decide to live in the flesh, and of this world. They are making themselves clear and sending a message that God means nothing to them. And the devil means everything to them. If that wasn’t the case, they would be on God’s side. But the flesh is strong, and they don’t want to let go.

For the mind that is set in the flesh is hostile to God, for it does not submit to God’s law; indeed, it cannot. Romans 8:7

But should you need help, you should pray to God, and ask him to give you the strength to let go of the flesh, to let go of vanity. And he will help you in the process. God loves you, and he will do everything possible to lead you to his glorious kingdom. You can also go to a Christian based church, and they will welcome you with open arms. And they will help you get stronger in God, so you can be a lover of God and not a hater.

God also makes it crystal clear, that his faithful followers should not worry about dying a second death. He has prepared a place for them, beyond anything they can ever wonder.

You have nothing to loose and everything to gain if you choose God. But should you reject him and choose the devil, instead, by being hostile towards him, then you have everything to loose, including your soul.

Father, I come to you asking for your hand in these trying time for lovers of the flesh. Dear God, I am a sinner, and I am seeking your help as your obedient servant for those who are finding it hard to release the flesh. Help them dear God to gain the strength to let go; so they make also seek your kingdom. In Jesus’s name I pray. Amen. (Mikey St. John)
