Blessed art thou, O LORD, who have kept me, even now! May the lifting up of thy name bring gladness before thy throne: this is my hope, my God; thou knowest the depths of my heart.
My joy is in the LORD. If my God will not rejoice why shall I be glad? Will men despise my God and yet shall I glory? I shall glory when they turn from their wicked ways. When the lifting up of the LORD is magnified with praises, then shall I say, it is well. When the joys of our hearts magnified his name, then shall I say it is well. When men will look to the heavens with gladness and call out the name of the LORD, then shall I say it is well. When the heart of God shall blossom with rejoicing, then shall I say it is well. When the LORD will look down and find men walking after his righteousness, then shall I say it is well. When bold men will stand up with courage and praise the name of the LORD, then shall I say, it is well. When the LORD shall hear our voices when we call out his name and not hide his face from us, then shall I say it is well. When glory abound in the heavens and our hands are lifted up to praise the LORD, then shall I say it is well. The glory of the LORD is upon me. My God, my God, surely the lifting up of thy name shall be magnified. The joys of thy heart shall never cease. O LORD my God, thou knowest this truth. In thy hand I commit these exaltation, for your glory and honour. The LORD is my salvation. The rock of Zion is my hope. Blessed art thou, O LORD, my confidence and my hope, who have never fail me. By thy hand I stand to proclaim the ways of the LORD, to say things that are right, to honour God, and have no fear of man.
