MY LORD by Michael

Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation (Isaiah 12:22).

O LORD God, thou art holy. WONDERFUL is thy name. And who shall declare otherwise? Who shall say that my God will declare truth and it will not stand? I have seen your mercy and grace. And your truth stretch forth in the heavens. Your visions delight, your wisdom, your word, shall I not consider it? Hope has mount up high and who shall desire to pull it down? Shall the envy of the wicked bring peace? Shall jealousy rejoice in the land of glory? They strife; their battles shall fall to the ground. In the dust shall they find their hope. The hand of the wicked shall not rejoice in the land of glory. Who shall benefit thee, yet trample on the souls of man? Who shall declare thy truth before the sons of man? Have not the God that I serve has eyes that sees all things? Is he not wise who created the heavens and the earth, and all therein? Who is LORD and God? But he that delivered Israel from the hands of the oppressors. There is only thee, great God of Israel. Thy servant knowest this truth. My God shall rejoice in a hopeful glory. Zion shall rejoice. The pure in heart shall see God (Matthew 5:8). The meek shall inherit the earth (Matthew 5:5). But the wicked shall go vain. The proud, the boastful, the haughty, and the rebellious shall not dine with thee. The wisdom of God shall rise up in glory. And those who desire to deceive God shall have none of it. The wisdom of liars shall not prosper. But death shall behold the wicked. All vain things shall come to end. They that desire the LORD desire a good thing. Blessed are they that hunger and thirst afted righteousness: they shall be filled (Matthew 5:6). Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are ye when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice and be exceedingly glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted the prophets which were before you (Matthew 5:10 – 12). Let the hopeful in Christ who endure to the end rejoice. Their souls shall dwell in peace. Rejoice I tell you, saith the LORD. Cry out and shout, thou inhabitants of Zion: for great is the Holy One of Israel in the midst of thee (Isaiah 12 :6).
