“O you of little faith,why did you doubt?” (Matthew 14:31)

Because you think you can’t change something, does that mean you should not talk about it? We are part of this equation. If we stand by hopelessly knowing that change is required yet we do nothing, only because we think we can’t effect change, what does that say about us? This is not Christ like, not by the stretch of our imaginations. Christ was bold in his endeavors, with enough faith to overwhelm us all. He knew he had to take risk, and that he did, so wonderfully. Praise God!

Sometimes God wants us to take the initiative. Stir up the pot a little, have courage, faith in him, and let him get to work so that we can proclaim his wondrous deeds. There will always be a price for serving God, but we can rejoice with such delight. You will never please everyone. However, don’t let that deter you. But know that there is also a price for not serving him, which you should avoid. Remember, you are not doing this to please men. Although, you would like them to listen, and take heed.

When we fear the Lord much more than we fear men, we are on the right track. There might be some nuts and bolts that need adjustments, every now, and then. But we must never weaver in our boldness for the Lord. And those who make vile, crude, cruel attempts to derail us are not working for God. Their objectives are to please the devil, the roaring lion, the enermy, whom we are constantly working to defeat.

Let us pray. Dear God, give us a bold Spirit, so we may have courage, and conviction to continue doing your work, even in the faces of our enemies. Amen.
