When good is not good enough […] We sometimes negate the positives and attenuate the negatives. And although history would have us believe that we’re imperfect, walking specimens that can explode at any moment, destructive, self-deprecating in our approach — we’re far from that, which is a misrepresentation and an inappropriate attempt to qualify us. We are wonderfully and fearfully made. Marvelous are the works of God, and our souls know it (Psalm 139:14). What can man say about that? But even if some of us are elusive, truly beyond anyone’s comprehension, despite how brilliant he or she might be — for all intended purposes, without being delusional — we’re exceptional, evidently unique, desirably characterized, worthy in every right, and embedded with greatness. Because we are children of the Most High God, seekers of humility, meekness, and grace. Our hearts are full of compassion, susceptible, tender, yearning to receive love, and give love. We are children of purpose and glory. And because of the love and infinite wisdom of God we dwell in hope, knowing that his grace has provided a way for us to be deemed fit, righteous, and justified for his kingdom.

However, we cannot deny the fact that among us are many evils, some beyond what we will dare ourselves to begin to comprehend. We are all sinners whom have fall short of the glory of God. But our LORD God is faithful and true. And by accepting the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who came in the flesh on this earth, died on the Cross of Salvation for our sins, resurrected on the third day, and now sits on the right hand of God, we are made righteous and fit for his Father’s kingdom.

By seeking repentance of our sins in the LORD we begin the process of becoming the best God has created us to be. Until then, we will be living our lives consumed in pride, foolishness, lacking the wisdom and understanding necessary to become blameless to enter the pearly gates of the heavenly kingdom.

Harbouring self righteousness, consumed in madness, vanity, is a detriment to our eternal soul, believing that we are sufficient by ourselves. And should we reject God, we will not be justified for his kingdom, cementing our eternal destruction.

Many have esteemed themselves in the faces of men, lacking the knowledge and wisdom to know that only through God’s grace and not themselves, they are given the gateway to Salvation, and thus eternal life.

Let us continue to live as children of God with love in our hearts for others, sharing the light of God, and not diminishing the glory of God. We uphold each other in our sorrows and uplift each other in our joy. We glorify God in all things, knowing that his grace is always sufficient, each, and every day. Because our God is awesome. Isn’t he? His purpose in our lives is just. He knows best; because he created us. Let us praise Almighty God. Forever and ever let him be praised.
