Look upon the Rock. Look upon Christ Jesus, our LORD. Let his name be embedded in your heart. Let your soul bring forth the joy of his salvation. For in him only there is life. And in no other shall man live. Our days shall prosper with the LORD; for we have a future with the Rock. Sing praises unto our God, unto the Holy One. Look upon him with awe; for great is his name in heaven. Who is great as our God? The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handy work ( Psalm 19:1). Who can understand all the works of his hand? Or who can search them out? We will sing the praise of the LORD our God. And we will give glory to whom glory is due. Let us rejoice in the LORD; for our hope is upon the everlasting Rock. We who are in Christ have an expected end that cannot be destroyed. Let us sing the glory of God; for we will rejoice in him upon the holy hill. O the joy of the LORD, who can contain it? Will prosecutions or afflictions turn us away from God? God forbid. Yea, and all that live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer prosecution (2 Timothy 3:12).

Who shall separate us from the love  of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or prosecution, or famine, or nakedness, or perils, or sword? As it is written: For thy sake we are killed long the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us (Romans 8:35 – 37)

We shall endure by the hand of the living God. In him who is exalted most High, we shall endure. In him whose glory is everlasting unto everlasting we shall endure. Let us hope in the living God of our salvation. Call upon his name in times of need, when trouble arises, when you awake with great mercy, when your hearts are full of joy and his praise resonate even to your bones and marrow and will not go away, when your destiny is with King Jesus, when your hope is laced with honey and oil is poured out of a rock, when there is a burning desire inside of you to reach out to the living God that cannot be extinguished, when you remember his lovingkindness, when you are weak, when you are strong, when there is a joy in your heart that lingers with the glory of God and the hope of righteousness, when our Righteousness touches every fabric of your being, when you cannot wait to say, Praise be the name of the LORD; when you just want to say, Father, O Father, bring glory to your name. The joy of our LORD is embedded in our hearts. Our souls cleave unto him. O Rock, hear your people, my God. As they look upon thee, comfort them. Shew them the beauty of thy heart, and the riches of thy right hand. Behold, I lift up thy name, O LORD my God; for I have seen thy ways, and the works of thy hand. I have seen thy beauty rise up in the dawn as I look upon thee. Teach us thy ways, O God. And counsel us in thy wisdom. O great One, by thy marvelous ways, let our hearts sing praises unto thee. Let our thoughts be inclined to please thee. As it is written: Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength and my redeemer. As we look upon thee, most High, remember that we are frail, in this mortal body, and with our imperfections we seek to be perfect in thee. We await for the day of our LORD and Saviour, when this imperfect body shall be made perfect. We give you all the praise; for thou art the power and the glory and the majesty. Glory to God in the highest, who is infinite in wisdom, knowledge and understanding and whose glory abound without measure. We humble ourselves before our great God and lift up your name in glory. Blessed art thou, O LORD, who enrich our hope upon the Rock, and give us a longing to be with thee in Zion. Thank you Father, for all that you do. In Christ Jesus we come before thee, our Maker and our God.
