A fool can learn if given knowledge. But who can teach the arrogant?

Arrogance is a fool’s treasure, so too is silver and gold. But a wise man is humble, understands that vanity will only get him so far. The word of God will give him eternal life. And yet many of us are like lost sheep, trapped in a mundane way of living. We don’t take time for God, to slow down, nor do we allow ourselves enough time to think, make adjustments where needed to get back on track should we fall off the wagon. And this is a fatal mistake, getting too caught up in every day activities, depriving ourselves enough quiet time to find our way.

But I’m hoping and praying that we’ll come full circle and just stop, stop for awhile, regain our awareness and find our way again. Always remembering to seek the Lord, his mercy, acknowledge that we can’t do this alone, and he is needed even more during the rugged terrains of our lives.
May God grant you wisdom, knowledge, and understanding, so you may see that your souls are value more than the things of this world. And that there is life beyond this, the physical, the mortal state, for those who trust and believe the Lord. Seek the glory of God, his teachings, and his heavenly kingdom. And live not with the wisdom of men but with the wisdom of God.
