I’m optimistic, seeking the best in humanity, certainly not intoxicated in my beliefs that there’s more to life than what meets the eyes. Don’t get me wrong; it’s a constant struggle redefining and rediscovering the essence of humans’ souls, latently awaiting their turn to shine, knowing that there’s inherit goodness in all of us. But some of us have harden our hearts to the love of God and the perpetual wisdom of his righteousness.

And although we were not created perfectly [because of sin] — far from servile flattery, and selfishness, immersed in humanity, I still believe that the child-like qualities we try so hard to remove is by far the most dominant factor that not only enriches but also enlightens the soul with heavenly presence. And for reasons such as these — the goodness in others will always be the focal point, regardless of the fact that we’ve witnessed the dark side of humanity numerous times, much more than our psyches would like to handle.
