Incline thy heart to know God, but more importantly for him to know you. For what shall it profit you if you are not known by the LORD?

Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman wake but in vain (Psalms 127:1).

What shall it profit thy soul without the LORD, you that walk in vain, and run after vanity? Lest you depart from the works of thy hand you shall not prosper in the sight of the LORD. Flee from evil, and from the ways of the world. And cleave unto the LORD my Rock. Follow after his ways; for it is he that give salvation, even eternal life. Behold, the glory of the holy hills of Zion, the mighty God is with me. All your days shall prosper, that adhere to the words of the LORD. Let the works of thy hand bring pleasure before the feet of my God. Lest the LORD glory by the works of thy hand what shall it profit you? It shall be for naught. But he who brings pleasure in the sight of God shall not do it in vain. I tell you the truth. Seek the LORD with your whole heart. Repent of your sins. And come before the holy God with a pure heart and clean hands. Lift up the LORD in spirit and in truth. For the Father desire those to please him. Come before him with reverence; for he is Holy. Humble yourselves before the presence of God. Make thyself low, that you may lift up the mighty God. Desire praise, the word of the living God. And glory in his holy name. O lift up the LORD my God, in whom I delight. Sing his praise and give glory to the King. My heart is joyful within me. My soul long for Zion. Upon the holy hill will I praise thee, O God. For thou sheweth mercy, and withhold not thy lovingkindness from me. I asked thee, O LORD, for praise. And thou restore my hope in Zion. When I call upon thy name thou answer me. Behold, is there any God like unto my God? For I seek the living God, that made heaven and earth. Thou sustain me with thy right hand. I drink from thy living water. Let thy name abound with praise; for thy right hand is my strength, even the strength of my life. Thou knowest all my thoughts: are they not wonderful before thy eyes? They shall lift up thy name in glory, and fatten thy heart with gladness. Thy blessings shall abound without measure. And they shall not depart from thee. Behold, my glory shall lift up your glory; for thy name is a joy to my soul. I love thee, O LORD, with all my heart and soul. Search me, O LORD; for I delight in thee. Only by thy hand will my soul rejoice. When thou art exalted above the heavens I am made glad. All my being jump for joy. Even the marrow of my bones rejoices in thee. Keep us with thy right hand, O LORD; for we desire thee. We look upon thy beauty; for thy countenance is our delight. Let Zion hope in the LORD; for Zion shall prosper in his hand. And let all of Israel come with praise and thanksgiving; for the LORD is with thee, and he shall not forsake thee. Blessed be the name of the LORD my God; for he will not deny me his presence.
