O GENERATION OF VIPERS, WHO SHALL SAVE YOU FROM THE DAY TO COME?

LORD, I thank you for your mercy and lovingkindness; for thy glory only do I do these things. Let thy name be praised in all of this; for by thy name only do I abide. In Jesus holy name. Amen.

Just as I have warned you of the terror that is to come upon this land, so also I am warning you of your unrighteousness that you consider worthy in the sight of God. For the wicked rely on their good deeds. They say, Let us despise our God, and do all sorts of abomination; and he shall consider us worthy if we feed the poor and give to the needy. While these things are honorable, they will not save you, lest your filthiness is washed away. And only Jesus Christ can wash away your filthiness. “Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again he cannot see the kingdom of God (John 3:3). And how can a man be born again, lest he be in Christ Jesus? I say to all of you, hold on not to your riches and to the vain and corrupt things of this earth for salvation, nor consider them your way to the gates of righteousness. For there were many before you who worship their riches, and despise their God. Even their Maker, they will not turn to him. But their sorrows forsake them not; for the day of the LORD came upon them swiftly and they were taken away to the place of damnation and everlasting destruction, and they were thrown into a place of torment where there is no end to their sorrows. Say not, My end shall be better than they, while you hope in sin; for sin profit no man. ” For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our LORD (Romans 6:23). Let it not be you who hope in vain things, and consider them for safety. But hope in Christ, the Rock of salvation, the hope of all man, the Light of the world. In him only you will be saved. Heed to this warning; for the day of the LORD is at hand. Repent, repent, repent of your sins and find mercy in the sight of God. And say not, I will wait for tomorrow, lest you find yourself in a place of everlasting sorrow.
