The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoice; and with my song will I praise him (Psalms 28:7).

O righteous Father, my beloved, I bless thy holy name. My Rock is lifted up, on High. O LORD my God, thou knowest my thoughts unto thee. All my hope is in thy hand. Thou art my strength, a shield in the time of trouble. Let thy name glory, O LORD, and let my soul rejoice in thee; for thy mercies are great before me. And thy lovingkindness are marvelous in my eyes. Behold, thy power and strength, who can attest to thy glory? Who can understand thy power? I lift up thy name in glory, O LORD; for thou art my Rock. Each day I cleave unto the Rock, my God. My tears are laden in joy: the hope of righteousness has taken hold of me. O my glory, what have I done to accomplish this? All the works of thy hand are pleasurable before me. Let thy presence be rich with glory. And let thy name, O LORD, be a delight unto me. I hope in the LORD my God. I seek thee, O LORD; for thou art my life. All my days are in thy hand. I will bless the LORD. And I will love thee, my God. Thou have kept me in thy joy: then who shall I praise but thee? Thou have shown me thy faithfulness. When I call upon thee thou answer me. Behold, my God. Behold, my great glory in heaven. Let his ways prosper, then it shall be well with me. O LORD, that keepeth watch over Israel, I lift up thy name in glory. All the joy of my bosom will I give unto thee. My praise shall come and delight thy soul. O LORD my glory, stretch forth thy hands; for I cannot wait. And let my blessings bring comfort to thy soul. I thank thee for thy presence, O LORD; thou art my God forever.
