Truth shall spring out of the earth; and righteousness shall look down from heaven ( Psalms 85:11).
And by that same token it shall judge the earth. The LORD has removed his blessings from this earth; for it is a curse land, marked for destruction. And they that stand in the way shall be decimated. Behold, this land shall taste the wrath of God. They shall drink bitter waters; for innocent blood has been shed in this land. This is a corrupt place, an evil and wicked people who fear not God, but have taken the crocked way, the way of unrighteousness, and destruction. No good come from their hands, but only evil. They profane the things that give life. But they delight in every abominable thing. Who can save this nation; for they have caused the judgment of God to come upon it? Woe be unto them who cry for this nation, and offer prayers unto the LORD. Woe be unto them that say, It shall be well with this nation, and our days shall prosper. They that say, No evil shall take hold of this land hear not the voice of the LORD. For the hand of God will strike this nation: with vexation and with fierce anger he shall strike it. Woe be unto them who hope in corruption, and in the ways of evil. They have forsaken the poor and needy, the widow and the fatherless. All that is righteous and holy they despise. They have put to the side the way of the LORD. Woe be unto them that rise up against their maker, and detest the works of his hands. They say, We shall rise up against the LORD, and prevail. All their wisdom is cast down into the ground. Into deep pits shall they find their glory. Behold, the hand of God is heavy upon this nation. Woe be unto this land; for it is marked for destruction. Who shall cry, let them cry for themselves, but not for this nation; for your tears shall fall to the ground, and the LORD shall not hear your cry. Cry for the righteous, and not for the wicked. Cry for good, and not for evil. Cry for they that are bound, that they may be loose. Cry that God may strengthen the weak, and take the burdens from the weary. For no tears shall save this nation. And they that say otherwise hear not the voice of the LORD. But in own thoughts they have spoken lies to the people.
