O righteous Father, take vanity away from our hearts. And let us cleave unto thee, our God. Let us come with thanksgiving and praise. Let us lift up our hands in thy strength which you have given to us in thy great mercy, and praise thy holy name. We lift up praises unto thee; for thou art a living God. But the heathen follow after dead gods. They have mouths but they speak not; they have eyes but they see not; they have ears but they hear not; they have noses but they smell not; they have hands but they handle not; they have feet but they walk not, neither speak they through their throat. They that make them are like unto them; so is everyone that trust in them (Psalms 115:5 – 7). But thou have understanding, a great God of wisdom, a living God. Thou hear the voice of thy servant and shew lovingkindness in the heavens. And in the earth, I lift up praises unto thee. Thou live forever. But they carry their gods with their hands and hope that they may deliver them. O LORD, they know not the truth; for the truth is not in them. But thou, O LORD, are a God of truth, of great wisdom, and hope. By thy hand salvation cometh. And only by thy hand shall man have eternal life. Let all cleave to thee, the Light of the world; for without thee man shall abide in darkness.
The LORD on high is mightier than the noise of many waters, yea, than the mighty waters of the sea (Psalms 94:3). Thy right hand is exalted; for who is like unto thee, O God? Thou art excellent in all the earth. My praises will come unto thee; for thou giveth life. All thy ways are perfect. I come to thee, O God, that live forever, to lift up praises unto thee, and honour thee. Let it be that the heavens will rejoice in thy name. O Father, let thy power and glory beseech me. Give us a fresh anointing, O LORD, and let the saints glory in thy name. Let the whole earth sing thy praise; for it is well to do so. They that lack praise, let righteousness behold them, O LORD, that they may rise up with the joy of the LORD, and sing unto thee. Let thy glory come forth and let thy presence be known unto them. O Father, abode with them, that they may know that the glory of God is exceedingly great. Shew unto them thy lovingkindness, that they may taste of thee, and know that the LORD my God is good. Let thy wonderful hand behold them and let them testify to thy glory; for thou sheweth unto them thy good pleasures, and the joy of their hearts overflow with singing. For by thy hand favour has taken hold of me. Thou have help me in ways I do not understand. O LORD, take not thy hand from me; for I cannot bear it. But draw near to me, that I may smell thee; for thou have made thyself known to me, and cause my soul to rejoice. My eyes were flooded with tears: like mighty waters they flow. Joy, O LORD, have take hold of me; for the LORD has made himself known unto me. Gracious Father, you have allowed me to experience many things. But I long for your wonderful smell, to be in your presence, to rejoice with thee, and to delight in the God that I love. Let all my days give glory to thee; for you have given to me from thy tender heart. And from thy great mercy thou have made my soul glad. My joy is the LORD. Yea, my joy is the LORD. O how sweet it is to be in the presence of God. LORD, I have spoken and you have delivered. My soul is made glad in thee. Let the lifting up of your glory be eternal. O Father, my beloved Father, my soul rejoices in thee. My whole heart sing praises unto thee. Thou art my glory. Yea, to the ends of the earth, I will say, thou art my glory in whom my soul delights, and to whom I lift up praises in heaven.
