LORD, in thy dwelling place, in thy holiness, let praises come unto thee. Let the whole earth rise up and shout thy praise. Let them make a joyful noise unto the LORD. O LORD, let the valleys lift up praises unto thee. Let the mountains stand in thy strength, girdle in thy power, and let them praise thee. Let the billows lift up their mighty waters, but let them give glory to God in the highest. Let all that is with breath praise the name of the LORD. Unto thee, O LORD, praise shall not end. From everlasting unto everlasting, thou art glory. By thy hand, O LORD, all things were established for thy pleasure. O Father, come forth and receive thy praise; for there is none like unto thee in the heavens and the earth. As it is written: Thou art the Great and Mighty and Terrible God who keepeth covenant and mercy… ( see Nehemiah 9:32). All things were created by thy hand. And without thee there was nothing made. ” O Zion that bringeth good tidings, get thee up into the high mountain; O Jerusalem that bringeth good tidings, lift up thy voice with strength; lift it up, be not afraid; say unto the cities of Judah, Behold your God (Isaiah 40:9)! Behold, he that stretch forth the heavens like a curtain, and made it like unto a tent. Behold the LORD of hosts, he commands the stars of the heavens, and all that is in the earth. And the works of his hands are mighty and great: all his deeds follow him. Who can compare unto him? Or who has performed such works as our God? O LORD, God of Israel, by thy mighty hand thou parted the red sea. Thou cast down thy enemies. They that lifted up their hands against thee were found no more. By thy salvation, O LORD, your people were redeemed out of bondage. In thy strength, O LORD, and only in thy strength, thou bring joy to their hearts. Let all of Israel remember the mighty hand of the LORD our God, and let us praise his holy name.
LORD Jesus, in thy great mercy thou attended to my cry: O redeemer, hear me and let thy joy be lifted up. My testimony is of the blessed hope, the Christ, who gave me salvation and redeemed my soul from the pits of hell. In his mercy my strength is renewed. And in his blessings, I rise up and give praise and thanksgiving unto the LORD. O LORD, my eternal glory, who did shew me the things that shall come upon this earth, was it not the LORD my God? By thy hand shall judgment come, O God of justice and truth. And who can hide from thy judgment, O God? Will a man profane the works of thy hand, and do wickedly upon this earth, and fear not the God that made the heavens and the earth? Will he then hide in the mountains, or dig deep under the earth? Will he say to himself, I shall hide myself from the judgment of God? Behold, the great and mighty God shall come upon this earth like a roaring lion, to devour it. Who shall stand against his mighty hand? Let the wicked cease from their wickedness; for I have come to warn you of the mighty hand of the LORD. The LORD shall judge this earth: he shall search out every corner of it. Who shall escape the judgment of the LORD? Let all come in the fear of the LORD and repent of their sins before the mighty hand of God, lest he come and root you out from your dwelling place, and the places where the wicked seek refuge. For who shall escape the hand of the LORD? O nations, hear the voice of the LORD and tremble; for terrible is the hand of the LORD my God.
