What agreement is there between the hyena and a dog? and what peace between the rich and the poor (Ecclesiasticus 13:18)?

If all served the Almighty God there will be peace upon this earth. But many run after wickedness and whoredom and because of it war shall come upon this earth. They regard evil as a delight, and the glory of God as a vain thing. They despise their maker, and then they say, Let peace come upon this earth. But there will be no peace, saith the LORD my God. All their ways are crocked: they have forsaken the hand that fed them. They lie in filth and corruption and then they say, Why is there so much suffering on the earth? I am a servant  of God and I tell you the truth: This earth will mourn with misery: it will not cease until all the wickedness is wrung out of it. For, “The earth is the LORD’S, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein (Psalms 24:1). By the hand of the LORD comes peace and war. Peace for the righteous, and war for the wicked, saith the LORD. Lest they repent of their sins and turn from their wickedness, they shall see the terrible hand of the LORD. He shall strike this earth with a rod. And I will not withhold my wrath from it until all the evil is departed, saith the LORD. The LORD of hosts is his name. Woe be unto this earth; for evil has taken hold of it. Woe be unto them who stay up late to do evil, and who rise up early with corruption in their hearts. Woe, Woe, Woe, saith the LORD my God; for he has seen their wickedness. They shed innocent blood upon this land. And they profane the little children. How many have they killed with their brutal hands? And then they hide behind their riches. Thus saith the LORD, I will make them poor and bring them down to the ground. They rise up against me with vengeance and make war against my people, but I will lead them to the path of destruction. And in their own wisdom they will find no mercy, saith the LORD. Woe, Woe, Woe, saith the LORD; for the wicked exalt themselves upon this earth.
