THEY WILL COME AFTER RIGHTEOUSNESS AND HOLINESS, THINKING THAT THEY MAY DESTROY IT. VAIN MEN SHALL EXALT THEMSELVES UPON THIS EARTH; FOR THE DAY OF THE LORD IS AT HAND

They will come for you. They will seek you out. They will come after God’s chosen people. Because you are redeemed by the blood of the Lamb, and are inheritance of the Kingdom of God, they will despise you. Friends will turn against you. And they who have aligned themselves with Satan will see you as their enemies. Make no mistake: light and darkness cannot dwell together. The day is coming, and it is already here, when man will look upon the face of another with astonishment; for thy same brother from thy own mother’s womb will forsaken thee; and thy friend whom you considered more that a brother and a sister will rise up against you with great envy and jealousy. But let God be the witness; for there is nothing new under the sun. The works of unrighteousness will increase and it will grief the spirit of those who walk after righteousness. For, behold, everywhere you turn you shall see evil. O the disdain upon this earth and the stench of the violent one shall be everywhere. But to God be glory; for his light shall prevail against darkness. For it is ordained before the foundation of the earth, that victory will come at the hand of our God.

O LORD, most High, and mighty, to thy name be praised and eternal glory. Give us the strength. Holy Father, give us the strength to lift up your name, to rejoice with hope, to look up to the heavens and magnify you. Let our tears be a sweet aroma before thee. And let not sorrows take hold of our hearts. But let us continually rejoice in thee. O my LORD, thou art my strength: I beseech thee. O Rock, take hold of us. Let us be in one accord, in Christ Jesus, whom you raised from the dead, and now sits at the right hand of the Father. Open our eyes, that we may see what is right and just before you. Open our ears, that we may hear the voice of the living God. Behold, the works of your hand are not vain before me: I have seen it and rejoiced in it. To thy name be eternal glory; for we hope in thee.
