God is at the helm of this ship. All things are in his hand. By his power and might I humble myself. I am a vessel of righteousness, by Christ Jesus, ordained for purpose, even before the foundation of the earth.
I am who I am because of the LORD. By his hand only I stand. All the glory will go to him. Did I make myself, that I shall glory in myself? For my glory is from the hand of God Almighty. And my purpose is to please him. By God’s grace I endure. For his goodness and mercy endureth forever.
We are vessels of purpose, some for good and some for evil. For it is written: The LORD has made all things for himself: yea, even the wicked for the day of evil (Proverbs 16:4).
Because my LORD keeps me humble, in the moment, with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding. Knowing fully well that my footsteps are guided by God, who knows everything, and has the Master’s plan for my life. And that is good enough for me. May his name be praised and may his blessings not cease. For my hope is in Christ. And my life is my God.
